SYMPATHY

We extend our Christian love and sympathy to Frances Chaffin and Jacob Cothren on the death of Frances' nephew and Jacob's cousin, Danny Koelsch. The funeral was this past Monday in Knoxville.

COOKIES FOR VBS
We need cookies for our upcoming Vacation Bible School June 1-5. They can be placed in the boxes at each exit. We will need different varieties of cookies appropriate for ages 2 years to 18 years old.

ILLNESS AND SURGERY

Jeremiah Tatum will have surgery on Tuesday, May 20th, to remove the cancerous lymph node and all the lymph nodes on that side of his neck.. Your continued prayers are much appreciated.

Bill Summers had quadruple bypass surgery this past Tuesday at St. Thomas.

Abby Brown, granddaughter of Frank Brown, is in Vanderbilt, Room 6419, after a car accident. She will have more surgery Thursday and will come to rehab after a few more days.

Malcolm DeLoach, father of Shirley Evans, has cancer in the stomach, liver, lungs and lymph nodes. Your prayers are requested. Send cards to: Old Humboldt Road, Humboldt, TN  38343.

Calvin Moore has throat cancer and is in Texas for treatment.

Betty Stewart, sister of Angelena Stewart, is home with a neck fracture. Cards may be sent to: 752 Turnpike Rd., L'burg, TN.

Virginia Davis, sister-in-law of Nell Davis, is undergoing radiation in Florence, AL.

Jean Gilbreth is home recovering from recent cancer surgery.

Pam Michaud, sister of Penny Hughes, has been diagnosed with lung cancer.

JoAnn Hollman is scheduled for surgery May 22nd at Maury Regional.

Frances Allen, daughter-in-law of Bobby and Norma Allen, is undergoing chemo and radiation.

Tyler England, grandson of Nita Pinckley, is having tests Thursday due to swollen lymph nodes.

Faye Mabry, a good friend of Nita Pinckley, is in Baptist Hospital in Nashville in very serious condition.

Gilmore Hughes is recovering from more eye surgery.

Ruth Turner, grandmother of Amber Tatum, is not doing well. Your prayers are requested for Ruth and for Amber's mother, Donna Faughn, who is taking care of her mother.

Red Mitchell is home after being hospitalized for treatment and tests.
